How the Program Works
The ImageFIRST uniform rental and lease programs are the product of over 30 years of experience. Each "hassle free", all inclusive, program is customized to meet your needs:

• We help you establish an objective for your uniform program.
• We help you select the proper garments to meet your program objective.
• We personally measure each employee to ensure a proper, comfortable, fit.
• We customize the garments with our tracking tape (bar code or RFID), your company logo and employee name (should you desire).
• We issue the appropriate number of garments to each employee.
• We pick up soiled garments from your location.
• We professionally clean and finish each garment for the look you require.
• We inspect all garments and make the necessary repairs.
• We inspect and automatically replace worn garments.
• We verify the garments we picked up are returned.
• We return the garments we picked up on a consistent delivery schedule.
• We provide an easy to read invoice that facilitates inventory and cost control by listing inventory and cost by employee in the program.
• We interact directly with the uniform wearer to ensure their needs are met and all size exchanges, turnover, and other issues are quickly addressed and resolved.
• We document activity into our Contact Management System.
• We issue reports to you to ensure metrics and objectives were met.

The ImageFIRST "hassle free" uniform lease program includes all the above except cleaning.
